CLPM are a local cost, energy & construction project management company. We help our clients across the South East to price, plan & organise their building project work and ensure that they have energy efficient homes, which are both comfortable and kind to the planet.
Our HQ is Micklefield Hall in Sarratt – this is home to our Cost Estimating / Quantity Surveying team and our support staff. We also have 7 regionally-based Project Managers, an Energy Consultancy and Heating Design Team.
We are a well-respected company within our industry and attend the Grand Designs Live and Build It Live shows as their cost, heating & project management experts, giving free advice and presenting seminars.
Typically, we help homeowner clients who are looking to extend their properties, convert their lofts or basements, carry out refurbishments, renovate period properties and build new homes. We also regularly work on new build large-scale multiple residential dwelling sites, commercial premises and buildings in the charity, faith and public sectors. We do not undertake architectural design work but can signpost you to trusted professionals that can.
We believe that re-developing or extending your home or business premises should be a pleasure.
But there are many ways a property renovation can go wrong, which can have a huge financial impact on your project. Good cost and contractual advice, the management skills of a Construction Project Manager and energy advice to enhance the projects’ sustainability will save you time, money, a lot of stress and safeguard the planet for future generations.

If you’re hoping to carry out a major building project then we’d love to hear from you.
