Sarratt Village Hall AGM Monday 8th March 2021 at 7 pm by Zoom

Sarratt Village Hall is incorporated as a Charitable Trust and run by a Management Committee of volunteers, both from local organisations and elected.

Every year the committee holds an AGM to report on the previous year’s operations and at which all inhabitants of the area over 18 years old are entitled to attend and vote for the Elected Members of the committee to serve alongside the  Representative Members, which are appointed by the local clubs and societies.

The village hall is an important focal point of our village community, and does need the support of volunteers to run it and look after it. This is not a particularly onerous task, but it does need doing for the village.

The committee is allowed to have 8 volunteer elected members, and not all 8 places are likely to be filled by re-election of existing members, so if anyone is interested in joining the committee and helping run our village hall, please let Larry Griffiths know on 265386 or [email protected].

Because of the current COVID situation, the AGM has been postponed till early March and we can only hold the AGM via a Zoom session.

You are all invited to attend to hear our progress to date at 7 pm on Monday 8th March 2021 by Zoom, and to help select the Elected Members.
