Sarratt Village Hall AGM is Monday 6 January 2020 at 8 pm.

Sarratt Village Hall is incorporated as a Charitable Trust and run by a Management Committee of volunteers, both elected and from local organisations. Every year the committee holds an AGM to report on the previous year’s operations.  All inhabitants of the area aged eighteen and upwards are entitled to attend and vote for the Elected Members of the committee to serve alongside the Representative Members, who are appointed by the local clubs and societies. The village hall is an important focal point of our village community, and does need the support of volunteers to run it and look after it. This is not a particularly onerous task, but it does need doing for the village. The committee is allowed to have 8 volunteer elected members, and not all 8 places are likely to be filled by re-election of existing members, so if anyone is interested in joining the committee and helping run our village hall, please let Larry Griffiths know on 265386. You are all invited to attend to hear our progress to date at 8 pm on Monday 6 January 2020 in the village hall, and to help select the Elected Members. Hall details are available on our website:

The hall is available for hire by contacting the Booking Secretary on 265881 or via email:
