Three classic cocktails for the festive season

Espresso Martini

A real favourite, our espresso martini has a coconut twist so you can try something a little different.

Ingredients

  • 15ml Patron XO
  • 35ml Vodka
  • 15ml coconut syrup
  • 50ml espresso coffee

Method

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add all the ingredients and shake
  3. Double strain into a martini glass

Old Fashioned

This classic is guaranteed to warm you up on a winter’s evening.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bulleit bourbon
  • 15ml Earl Grey syrup
  • 2 drops Angostura
  • Orange zest

Method

  1. Add ice to a tumbler
  2. Pour all ingredients over the ice and stir

The Grove Mary

What better way to start festivities than with brunch and a Bloody Mary!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 25/35ml House Mary mix (depending on how spicy you like it!): Worcestershire sauce, crushed chillies, sriracha sauce, green peppercorns, mustard
  • 80ml Tomato juice

Method

  1. Add ice to a tumbler
  2. Pour all ingredients over the ice and stir
  3. Garnish with lemon and a chilli flake rim
